First Year: Your new home will be free from defects in warranted materials and workmanship.
First Two Years: Your home will be free from defects in certain electrical, plumbing and mechanical distribution systems.
First Ten Years: Your home will be free from qualified structural defects.
Throughout the first year, we are just a phone call or e-mail away if you have any questions or emergencies. In addition, our commitment to each homeowner's continued satisfaction includes 30-day and 11-month follow-up visits to address any service requests that require attention.

New home usually include appliances, central air and heating systems, more electrical outlets and conveniently placed cable and phone jacks.
